When Portuguese started disturbing peace of temple environment Devi moved to hilly and peaceful area Fatorpa.
Devi came into dreams of villagers of Culvaddo, told them to build a temple in Fatorpa.
Temple structure built during year 1543 after that current structure improved in year 1984.
Every year on tithi of Rangpanchami on 5th day Falgun, Devi visits mulsthan with 12 umbrellas of 12 clans and people celebrate this festival as Chatrotsav.
